[Group B] Croatia - Germany

| Croatia coach Slaven Bili believes his team have as much reason to be confident as their opponents Germany ahead of this evening's head-to-head between the Group B rivals in Klagenfurt. |
Draw. 0-0
Germany on top.
I'll be as shocked as anyone if we win, but I can see a draw happening.
3-1 Germany
2-0 Germany
WOW.

Croatia had a great game going. Stood up nicely against Germany and deserved the win.

That is a ncie surprise.
Snap! Thoroughly deserved win and great to see our boys play to their potential. The formation worked great and the addition of Rakitic was a stroke of genius by Bilic. We play so well when our midfield does their thing. Srna was great, as was Pranjic running up the left. Fantastic to see Corluka actually do something for once and push the ball forward.
Ball possession was great and the Germans just didn't get a chance to have any good shots.
Very nervous last 10 min though. Anyway, roll on Poland. Here's hoping the Austrians get a result which means we're through. It would be a shame for us to go back to our ways of playing crap when we're the better team.

| Originally posted by jupiterone i know that, but honestly, it seemed as if Germany didn't even want to play, even after 45 min. They just kind of, ran around, with no actual intent to win. it's kind of political, winning with Poland, 3pts, losing to Croatia giving them the runner up advantage, coming back at full speed against Austria and beating them by 3-0 +, getting first. this is just my opinion. |

Croatia got the deserved win. Thoroughly outplayed Germany.
Awesome game for the Croats! Ill be watching this later when I'm off work, but from what I heard at work, it should be enjoyable for fans
first match I've watched in a long time. germany looked absolutely horrid. maybe I'm just out of touch, but it seemed like the number of cards was just out of control.
Wow, definitely wasn't expecting this. Great match.
