Please help ID this cool House/Trance tune!

I just discovered the first part of the video I took.. apparently there's singing at the beginning, but not too sure if it's part of the same tune or not.

Can anyone make out the lyrics in the beginning of the first clip?

Please help! Much appreciated.

What I can hear in the stream is that the word "Detroit" must be a sample from the tune, because you can also hear it chopped/sliced like "De"...."Detroit". I didn't have any success with my search terms but maybe this helps you, if you know a site that tells you which songs use a certain sample, maybe.

The tune really sounds nice when the chords hit in but I can't recognize it as a tune that I'd know, really sorry.

Ah! Let's see.. not sure if I can make out "Detroit" though. It sounds like it could be a metallic-sounding voice, but I'll give the word "Detroit" a search.
