Does anyone know if Heath Ledger finished shooting his scenes or what?

...I really hope so.

I'm fairly sure they're pushing the release of the movie back a few years because Heath Ledger died (in case you didn't know - he's dead).

Heath Ledger finished filming Batman and was already working on another film when he died... the film is entitled "The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus" and to make up for the loss of his life, they are using a scene where he steps through a magical mirror as a transition point to change actors, cuz it's kinda like stepping into another dimension. To give the film more consistency two actors will be playing his "other" roles in the film... Johnny Depp and Colin Ferrell.

All of his work for Batman was completed so don't worry about that shit, all other rumors you hear are just that, rumors.

can anyone else confirm/deny this? ...maybe they used CGI... or as previously mentioned - Will Smith. I think Will Smith is the perfect fill in - the man can really carry a movie on his shoulders no matter how shitty the script.
