Rasta where to find bpm detect batch file process

i need an app that batch processes mp3 files. i want it to detect the bpm and write it to the id3 tag. anyone know of an app like this?

I don't think the Mixmeister app writes them to ID3 tags or anything, does it? Just displays them.

Oh, great. I didn't realize it did that. I should've paid more attention...that app just got significantly more handy. lol.

For the mac, bpmdetect looks likes its platform independant, so you can just compile it on osx or look for it on macports. If you are not familiar with compiling apps on unix, then look into macports or a similar package manager.
