Cloud - Those Days (Jimpster Deep Dub)

Am I late to the party on this one? I did a search. Jimpster is always solid in my book, and lately I've been playing Sci.Fi.Hi.Fi. 4 a lot just for this one tune (not that it's not an awesome comp).

This for me is just one of those 'greater than the sum of its parts' tracks. Yeah it's got those trademark Jimpster sounds that we've heard before but this one just stands out to me. The vocals in the original are lovely but I'm not a fan of that bassline - Jimpster's remix is a big improvement.

best part is I can listen to the whole thing on youtube while it sits in my beatport cart, can't beat that.

thoughts? Please don't tell me this is overplayed and stale already (March 2007), cuz I am gonna be spinning this every chance I get.

cheesey vocals and too jimpster-y (if there's such a thing). decently produced but definitely not one of my favorite jimpster tracks.

Heard it on Terrys Caf� 10 at first and it really was one of the stand out tracks on that cd for me. Jimpster is class.

oh wow, i totally missed this one. ill agree, its standard jimpster sounds, but somehow extra hypnotic and trancey. really good stuff.
