So, how about some advice for a guy looking to quit before I turn 30?

i didnt know you were a cancer man!!

for me, nicotine inhalers champ. seriously, almost as good as smoking! indeed, i struggled to quit the inhalers after a while! and i still buy a "packet" every now and then if the urge is strong.

Yeah, I've been smoking for 11 years now

I've never seen, or known anyone, with an inhaler though Doctor prescription?

My gf used patches, which worked out ok for her.

nah, fuck that. sits on the shelf. nicorette. its basically just a capsule you break open with the inhaler, and just suck on it like your highschool teacher got you to.
