Paul Miller is on fire these days

Paul Miller - what's your opinion about this talented and young trance DJ and producer? What are your favorite tunes/remixes from him?
My favorite tunes are:
Paul Miller pres. Contraption - Eve Gaze (Original Mix)
Paul Miller - Fruits, Vegatables & Miller (Original Mix)
Paul Miller - Memories of Love (Original Mix)
Simon Patterson - Bulldozer (Paul Miller Remix)

can't say as i'm a massive fan. he's basically just another tyas kind of producer who's mastered the technical aspects of big-room trance engineering down to a T but has nothing particularly interesting to put on top it

i did like his remix of emotional horizons - lush.. basically cos it had a nice melody & his was the best-produced version of it, but i can't really big him up that much as an artist. he needs to come up with a more unique/distinctive style & make his stuff sound less like everyone else's

My favorite is his last song that sounded like his previous song that sounded like the song before that one.

whilst dating a guy with the same formula

As Rich said, he's got his mastering down but it doesn't matter how clean it sounds when it sounds like exploding diahroea.

Thomas does not have the same forumla!

I find that very offensive. Thomas is the only one that tries to steer clear from that off beat bassline and typical sound.

compare one of his first - 2v2 to a newer one like Distance and they don't sound the same. Call me Miller and another song sound the same.

But the last thing I want is for someone to cry and bitch about what I say and then I get in trouble for having an opinion. So I don't like when ppl bring up my bf :x

So before ppl bitch or something. Call me Miller is cool and I'll jam to it.

to be honest, i probably would as well if it was the right moment in the right setting. but that goes for most peak-time power trance.. has a time & a place

Regardless, I have trouble respecting someone who can't appreciate techno.
