What if someone passes out in a club?
The club/bar is supposed to call a cab to drive that certain person to home and pay for the fare, since you're drinking off their bar and paying cover and shit.

What happens if there is no cover, and/or you didn't drink from the bar?

Oh yeah great idea .... hire a taxi for a passed out person so the club can be sued for everything they have when the taxi driver decides to screw shit up.

Yes, situation goes out of control the law is there. Sometimes it's useless because of the underground money as well. When a venue opens up, the usually feed local departments. |

if the management has half a brain they call paramedics not a taxi.
fuckin throw that bitch out the door better luck next weekend
they should leave Vivid Boy's contact info at all clubs for this type of situation. he'd know what to do with them.
then at least, we'd read about it on TA the day after. amirite?

For me it all comes down to how coordinated the person who's passed out's outfit is.
If they have a head to toe ensemble that is meshing well together and took obvious time, planning and energy to put together they get a courtesy lift home from Sal the Driver.
If they just have some thrown together getup that looks more like the uniform for the lost frickin army then bring them into the bathroom and flush they're head in the toilet...that will wake them up.
I know it seems harsh, but do you really want to be partying with people in uncoordinated outfits anyways?
Definitely call the paramedics - after helping yourself to whatever's in their wallet/purse.

If I saw someone passed out in a club, I would immediately leave said club and come home and make a thread about it on tranceaddict.com as fast as I could. I would than cross my fingers and hope that the thread that I made would make me look cool and strengthen my internet persona. I've been told by multiple people that redundant discussion on the internet is where it's at.

If you see someone passed out in a club and twitching like an epileptic... put'em in a hot tub and throw in a load of laundry.
The Tavern (legal for establishment serving alcohol) has a duty of care under both common law and statute law to see to it that the person in distress received proper medical attention. Failure to do so could result in their being ordered to pay damages for negligence (assuming their negligence caused damage to the aggrieved party) and/or suspension/revoccation of their liquor licence.
lol in this case the venue doesn't have a liquor licence (I recall that it used to serve alcohol in its Viva days; I'm sure it had one back then) and the toxicology tests might take months and if there were drugs involved then there's no way the venue could be charged because they don't serve it.
