Wednesday Aug 6th - Steve Lawler @ Underbar W/Joe Mama and Tom Bartlett

Steve Lawler will be spinning at Underbar in the Theatre District of Boston on Wednesday August 6th. I'm really looking forward to this as it's Steve's first trip to Boston since playing at Avalon quite a few years ago. Who's coming out?

Not a bad party at all for a Wednesday night! I had a blast and it was good seeing everyone

Lawler played some really cool tunes and some really boring ones. It wasn't the best programmed set but it's midweek. He was playing straight up tribal at the beginning of his set. I recognized alot of tracks from his space ibiza set from 7/13/08.

he's been playing the same tunes (even in the same sequence for some) EVERYWHERE this year. They're in his space opening set, his Viva Toronto CD, and he played an identical set when I saw him here in Toronto on July 1st at the Guvernment.
