Miss you guys!
Am having a shitty day... I got the shit beat out of my yesterday by two random people who punched me three times in the face, and my boy was surrounded by 10 people who forced him to stick out his tongue and they cut it with a knife (they didn't chop it off, they cut vertically, so he hadda get stitches, so he's okay)... Man, who the fuck would think this shit goes down in Italy??? In a tourist section of Italy too?... The cops here are good for nothing and nobody cares, the bouncers at the club were even worse...
The best part is we weren't even that drunk so I had no idea how it started, they literally decided to pick two random dudes with hot girls with them and beat the shit out of them... I ended up kicking one of them in the stomach and pulling the other's shirt over his head and beating him madd hard until his boy got up again and then they ran, but still, I'm having the worst day, I've never been punched clear in the face before, much less three times in a row... It was kinda cool though cos I pulled a Fight Club and started spitting all my blood on the kid I was beating up... They weren't Italians though, they were either Albanians or some kinda Southeastern Europeans... Italy's having the immigrant and race/ethnic clashes that the USA had in the 50s and 60s, as I think most of Europe is... It's going to boil over really quick, as there's a really silent racism throughout the entire country...
Anyway, sorry for the rant, just wanted to keep you guys informed... Rebel Audio radio show will be on tomorrow despite my massive headache... I'll put my tongueless (for the time being) friend on the mic and tell him to curse in Norwegian... I miss you all and in a wierd way wanna be back... I'm playing in the Czech Republic on Saturday so let's hope it's turnaround, I think we're gunna have a lot of fun...

I would suggest carrying something on you from here on out just in case you run into this issue again, especially if the cops are no help.
Yeah I'm going out with my switch from now on (the one I use when I hang out in Jersey City at late times of the night), it's kinda sad that someone on vacation in a NICE part of Italy gets that shit done to them... It's pathetic cos there was a million people around and no one did anything... The girls we were with were crying cos they had no idea what was going on and of course a million horny dudes go to help them, while my boy's getting his tongue slashed... I have a little scar which looks cool but it looks temporary so I think it'll go away quickly... Am gunna take some press photos with it for some upcoming flyers (kidding) haha... Gotta handle something like this with a little comedy... My boy was really drunk and laughing about it right after it happened... He's like "seriously, who does that to someone? who takes out their tongue and slashes it" and we were laughing it off, but then he started to bleed profusely...
As far as the cops are concerned, there's a million and one carabinieri (Italian cops) jokes for a reason... I've never seen such lack of usefulness... Not to mention we called the 911 in Italy and they put us on hold when we told them we needed an ambulance haha... So yeah, hope all is well with you guys, can't wait to catch up in August... My computer here crashed so no producing for me (although I just installed FL Studio, so I'm having fun with that)... Sigh...

Fucking bastids, We're sorry to hear that. Gotta agree with Zack on the knife thing though. Carrying a knife might make you feel safer but if you use it, it could put you in a lot of trouble. I'd rather see you get roughed up a bit than see you in jail because of a split second of stupidity.
