Track ID

Long shot with this one but here goes

Has a nice dreamy synth over the beat then the track breaksdown into like church men going ooooo aaaaaaa oooooo,then kicks back into the beat again,any ideas?,im unsure weather it is a new track or old,suggestions welcome,thanks
