PHP/MySQL Help

I need some help from anyone that has some experience working with PHP/MySQL or any other sort of database program for PHP. I downloaded WAMP Server with "MyPHP Admin" but I'm having some trouble setting it up. I want to use my home computer so I can practice making a database-based website on it but every time I try accessing MyPHP Admin through WAMP server it gives the damn "Forbidden" message in my browser. When I click "Local Host" it works fine.

Any suggestions?
