LiveNation has bought the rights to operate BP which includes plans for a renovation including a new stage, stage roof, individual stadium seating as opposed to benches and adding corporate VIP and concession stands among other things.

It's nice that this is happening cuz there was an article in the Miami Herald recently about doing something with bicentennial park.. it didn't seem music festival friendly from what i remember so a change of venue would be cool

it did but part of the new funding is to make individual stadium seating.. in the article it said it reduces the capacity from 10,000 to 6,000
