Program that can divide live mixes....

I am not sure if this is a repost, but I searched and couldn't find anything. Could someone direct me to a program that I could use to cut up livemixes for burning, so I could goto certain parts of the mix at will. I would cut them like the mix cd's do, half way through transition from one song to another.

So could I get a website or a name please?
