What was this TV show called?

It was animated and involved a psychiatrist or psychologist as the main character. The animation was the kind where the lines "wobble" with every frame. Can't remember the name of it...

I remember liking the show when it was first on, but I don't really remember all that much about it now.

Still pretty funny. Mostly just improvised bits between Jonathan Katz and random comedians (Ray Romano, Seinfeld, Kathy Griffin, and others all made appearances) with a loose storyline about his son and his receptionist.

Was quite good, too bad the DVD box set is like $80
