Yay for getting out early on a Friday!!

actually i just walked out on my boss lol

fucking jerk punched the filing cabinet because he couldn't find a letter i sent out on a file he was having a conference for. our file clerk doesn't work on fridays so he wasn't there and my boss was storming around the office telling me to find it and that my job depended on it. after he said it for the 3rd time, i just laughed and got up and left. asshole.

we're out of parts, so i got off today too! w00t

i dont think he does coke. lol

i got out early today because my boss let me go...for good. reasons cited included checking my email too much.

i had been thinking of quitting for a few weeks now and just going completely freelance, so it's cool i guess.

more time for music now too

i dont really know what will happen. i've walked out before and he begged me to come back. i work hard for him and he knows he's a dick. he might cool down and say he wants me to come back. but just to be safe, i've already submitted my resume and cover letter to 5 listings i found and i've got eyes and ears for me already in the industry. i'm not freaking out for some reason. i feel good about it. i would have felt shittier if i stayed the afternoon letting him talk to me like that.

im going to the gym.

then happy hour lol

i got a huge freelance contract on wednesday in addition to what i was already doing, so I don't think I'll need another job

back to school to do my thesis in a few weeks anyways

Rush into your boss's office and tell him his wife was hit by a semi and is dead. When he rushes out of the office to go get details, wait 5 minutes. Call and ask him for a raise and explain you just told him his wife was dead to get him a little on edge.Ask for 20%.
