German ecstacy song?

So there was a song I heard a while ago, had a distorted German man saying stuff like "Ecstacy ist ein illegal' something something,
basically saying something along of the lines of Ecstacy is an illegal and dangerous drug, blah blah blah, and something about helping with MONOTONE of Techno Music.

that's really all i remember.
also, the track before it, on some compilation was PVD's Words for Love

hmm... i don't know if this is the original or not, but the version im talkin about was different, with extra sounds and what not. for some reason i keep thinking it was on a john digweed cd... but i'm probably wrong.

sooo, i found out what the track was. it was indeed on a digweed cd. bedrock. it's vintage millenium's "propaganda". very good mix by digweed check it out y'all..
