Layering question in FL. Making vsts hit simultaneously.
Maybe a newbie question lol, not sure.
I understand I can copy & paste notes into another synth to make them hit but thats not what I'm looking for.
Is there a way to make say 2 or 3 different synths sound off to one key on a controller?
Would be cool if possible. Thanks!

You could layer the synths by making a "layer" channel. When done, open it's channel settings and while they're showing, use shift + mouse click to select the synths you want to layer by clicking the black things next to the channels names in the step sequencer.
Now just press the "Set children" button in the layer's channel settings.

i just copy the piano roll pattern... i find that i end up making slight variations to each pattern anyways...
but... i don't know if we can undo the set children feature... if so i may start using this feature when just coming up with ideas

agreed.
i messed around with it a little today, i'll probably keep using the copy paste method... i honestly don't much use my controller except to bang out chord progression ideas
