Favorite Hangout

I know you all like to hang out on TA as much as I do.

So, let's here it. Where do you like to hang out with friends and family in your city/town? What your favorite place to chill?

There are a few really chill and funky cafes and bars I like to visit here in Brisbane, when I get the chance.

Off the top of my head, Chez Laila is one that I love, and they have wicked Lebanese food Second best falafel in Brisbane IMO.

Can you smoke inside the cafe?

I used to hang out with my buddies in the evening at this cafe and they had to most wonderful garden patio on the second floor. The guy who owned the place knew that we were pot heads and liked cream pastries lotsa sugar on our drinks.

I don't know what a 'mall rat' is after a basketball game we'd go to chill out in a mall cause they had arcade machines and air conditioning. Lol

The max!!

On this morning episode they were closing it down unless they raised 10k. Zach was too tired to do the radio to raise money so Slater grabbed the mic and gave a speech they inspired the town of bayside and they eventually raised enough money!

Now you can go reply to this or go to the next post as usual

dive bars

oh yea and even though this isn't really a "dive bar", i love this place. it's the best place to watch any sort of live sporting event...gets packed.

Gotta love a good dive bar. great for monday night football, a band on saturday night. Good music in the jukebox. The one I frequent has a great variety... lots of heavy metal too.

downtown ft. lauderdale has a street called Himmarshee Street and it's a cobblestone road with bar after bar after bar....mostly hip hop/top 40 type crap and lots of live bands too. it's easy listening, i always have fun when i go.

i used to hate the ft. lauderdale party scene when i was in my cokehead south beach phase (south beach is way more flashy than downtown ft. lauderdale even though ft.lauderdale has some baller spots too), but now i love ft. lauderdale. and i can literally walk to Himmarshee street i love it.

we have automatic slims there which is live rock and all the waitresses dance on the bar top with skanky outfits. it's fun.
