Electronic Music Video/Movie in Southwest

This popped in my head and I couldn't remember for the life of me what it was called.

It's a scene from a movie or music video from several years back of non-stop footage for a few minutes of a car driving on a road in the southwest. The car is heading towards the camera and you can see silhouettes of two people in it. The footage is pretty gritty, and the whole scene was meant to go along with the song (either droning on or just a constant buildup).

Does anyone know the name of the song or what movie this was in?
