Tuesday unfortunately, sucky for me because I start work next week, but I'll be there anyways of course.

The following Tuesday is Steve Lawler at Plaza, another Gold Club Series event.

yeah it's a tuesday, kinda shitty that it's in the middle of the work week.

Yeah that sucks. I wake up at 4:30am every day. I have missed quite a few club nights because of that.

Tips from TK

The reason shows are on week days is because good Djs cost half as much as they do on the weekend. Plus when an agent gets offerd Las vegas, Atlanta, Los Angles, and Vancouver for a night on the weekend Vancouver (or Calgary) sits pretty low on the priority list, it fuckin sucks! Try napping before if you can. A few hours sleep does wonders the following morning.

Yeah dude I knew that. Plus some DJs you have to book over 6 months in advance because their weekends are taken.

For me I like to enjoy myself by getting hammered and not worrying about waking up in a few hours. Thats just me though I know alot of people who go out every night but my body cant handle that shit.

do you guys want to meet up there or something? we tried meeting up at tiesto but that didnt really work out. anyone up for that this time?

Okay, it'll be easy to spot me this time around because I will be wearing a Green Republic of Ireland jersey, and you'll probably see me hanging around the Benson & Hedges peeps for a least a portion of the night. I'll also be there with a red headed chinese girl, so seriously, you won't miss me. Just come up and say hi, my name's Sean =P

i dont know if i will be as easy to spot. im short and im asian. i will be with one very tall and skiny guy, and two other average guys. actually, i will be an asian girl with three white guys so maybe someone will be able to spot me.

my very tall asian friend is coming with us, so look for a short asian girl with a tall asian guy and two tall white guys

It was way too packed in there so I made no real effort to find any of you guys, I was counting on my green shirt to attract your attention =P

Anyways, I had a great time. Timo played really techy, even a little trancy at times, was a great set IMO. Thumping throughout, I had an awesome time dancing, albeit I got a tad sweaty =P

What time did he play until? I had to take off at 2:10.

my friends and i stayed at the bar by the entrance for a while

i cant really say the set was good or bad cause we had to leave right after timo went on. the slutty chix were annoying i can tell you that much and those topless guys *bleh* especially when they started dancing in the front, one of them had a really bad boner, it was nasty
oh and and the guy who opened up, joseff (i think) was pretty good

that sucks.. timo's set was pretty good, but yea the opening guy was decent for an opener, the music was actually dancable ^.^!!

yeah and those girls on stilts were pretty ugly too.
i had a great time, it was packed and the atmosphere was perfect.

Has anyone ever heard sonar that loud before? It was crazy. When i left my hearing was really messed up. its still feels like im wearing ear plugs. Timo's set kicked ass the crowd was nuts

Sonar went off last night with a little help from Timo. The man laid it down. Can't say much for the dudes in the gold shorts exept " get the fuck away from the front". Thank god for the girl in the gold bakini. She made up for it

apri, my red headed asian friend ended up cancelling on me so I just went with one of my buddies instead, so yeah, no worries. I don't have curly hair, I'm 6', slim build, was wearing a green Rep. Ireland jersey and cargo pants. My hair may have looked curly by the end of the night because I was so sweaty, but if you left as Timo went on then that can't be it =P

NO SHIT, they must have upgraded the sound system in there recently. Big shows in the past, like Pete Tong, were equally loud but the sound quality sucked ass. Last night it was bloody loud and crystal clear, was awesome.

yeah i noticed that...the sound was so loud, yet it was so good.
my ears are still plugged.
