You are not buying a physical copy, but the CD-Keys. After making your purchase, go to blizzard.com, check out the store, enter in your CD-keys and you get to download the game.

I was skeptical, but it was only $5 and made the purchase last week. Both keys worked with full capabilities. The keys tend to go out fast, but they also come in quick as well.

is it a scam?
From what I've read, the site will buy accounts from well developed players, strip them of all their valuable items, sell the items as well as the CD-key from their site.
It's not illegal, but it doesn't stop the fact that Blizzard can step in to ban all the CD-Keys sold from the site one day.
