How do you use messenger...

Are you always invisible? or usually visible?

Do you have a million people blocked? or are you the type of person who blocks no one?

Are you able to converse with people in multiple messages without getting confused?

Are you the type of person who has 10 messages going at once so whenever someone asks you something, they have to wait 10 minutes for a reply?

I just launched my msn messenger and looked at the list of names and realized everyone on the list was blocked. I just so suck at multitasking...so if I'm talking to one person, I have to block everyone else...and then if the one person I'm talking to pisses me off, I block him, too. la la la

i can have several conversations at once, while doing other stuff. but if i start making music while talking to someone, i can easily drop out of the conversation for like 3 hrs and then suddenly realize i was in the middle of writing something to someone..

I start stressing if I have too many windows going at once. Usually, I'll just pick arguments with whoever I'm talking to in all those windows so I can close them and click the block thingy.

Ha! I feel ya girl. I've got quite a chunk blocked for different reasons. I would delete most of them but there comes a time when you need something and they are the perfect person to ask. A huge chunk is the people who message you .000001 seconds after you sign in and bug bug bug bug bug until you answer them or all they say is "hi" and then really don't engage in a conversation, so I don't want to waste my time with them at all.

I usually handle like on average 10-15 convos at a time but I reply quite quickly unless I have nothing to say to the person.

I don't log onto MSN much, but when I'm logged in, I'm visible.

I don't have anyone blocked.

I'm mostly ok with having multiple convos, but occasionally fuck up and post the wrong message to the wrong person.

10 convos would be retarded, I would get stressed out and not talk to anyone.

And tbh, I can't really answer your question other than that I use Adium (Mac application that combines all like Vern's). Sometimes I'll do video iChat with people, sometimes mic it up with Skype, or sometimes regular IMing with 1-7 different convos going. I do it all, yo.

Also, no one blocked but scary people who stalk, and I'm always visible. I have no shame when it comes to telling people they're retarded and that I don't want to talk to them.

I speak to exactly 10 people at the same time. Every time. Let's say I'm only speaking to 7 people at once, I'll message three strangers just so it can always be 10.

I usually have pretty good conversations with omgwtfbbq and lollerskates.

oooh, I had a messenger that had yahoo, msn, aim, icq in it. A couple of years ago.

I forget what it was called...Oh, I know. Trillian. Boomers uses that, too I think.

I forgot my aim password.
