Roll Call: Lets Do it @ the Beach-- 2 Day Grand Bend Event Aug 2-3

Well the day is finally coming and the weather is looking solid all weekend so no excuses. ive even checked the doppler and nothing seems to be of concern. soooo without further adieu

Some of you have never experienced a party like this and will have a great time. This will be a great memory for all to have. Bring your beverages and food.

Here's a list of items that no beach bound go'er should be with out.

- Drinking Water
- Blankets
- Beach Balls / Toys / Inflatables
- Towels
- Sun Block
- Sun Glasses
- Hat

What should you wear to this world famous beach bash? An itsy bitsy, teenie weenie, yellow polka dot bikini, of course. If that's too racy for you to wear, cover it up with a sarong/wrap. Guys can top swim trunks with a Hawaiian shirt to start feeling those good vibrations.

So bring your tents for the little ones, your footballs and Volley Balls for the big ones.

Keep in mind that there will be bylaw enforcement out patrolling the beach, it is a long weekend and they will be watching for alcohol. So be responsible. We would like this event to continue to be a success

WE will have Blue Canopy Tents set up on the beach. If your facing the water to the LEFT of the pavillion located on the main beach.

This is precisely why I LOVE Grand Bend so much!

Their actual beach beach sucks compared to Wasaga or Sauble,

but the beach set up in general is SO SO SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better.

From the layout of their facilities, to their far more relaxed rules about what can carry on at (ON!) the beach!

Nothing beats dancing or drinking beers on the actual sand, vs. from some bar patio across the street!

WOOT!

Wish I could have attended this. But the 2.5 to 3 hour trek for me is too prohibitive with my other plans I already have this weekend!

SO glad to see it happening though, and hope it continues to happen in the future -- esp so that I might be able to attend one!

all i have to say is that day 1 was really rocking. amazing turnout and a lot of beats all day. had some bud camp girls giving away stuff it was great.

what a day.... couldn't have asked for anything better. prob one of the highlights of the summer for me. gorgeous weather, awesome music, friends...love it. i apologize for stopping the music twice. first time overloaded the generator and the second time ran out of gas. Cocos was also a lot of fun too. pics and vids to come

sat within proper listening distance for this today (sunday) and must say thanks for providing proper tunes to chill to on the beach. However, one of the "DJ's" has no business being near turntables and a mixer. Not sure which one it was but i dont think there was any attempt at beat matching whatsoever, sounded like he was just pushing play and letting the train wreck unfold. Either way it was still a good time with great tunes.. so thanks again guys

it wouldnt have been any of the guys listed above... sunday was mainly a free for all. sat was set timed

Both days had a Great Turn Out!

The weather was awesome.

Thanks to all who helped keep the beach clean and also to everybody that helped clean up the large mess of garbage that was left behind by some inconsiderate human pigs.

The music was amazing and we had ZERO casualties to report.
