I can't stop smiling!

So as some of you know, i'm heading to spain tomorrow for 2 weeks! gonna travel around the main land for a few days then head over to ibiza for 9 days!!! this is truly the trip of a lifetime for me!!!!! spain has been on the top of my list to visit for what seems like forever!!! long before i even knew about EDM!!! but now it makes it even better!!!!

my friend leah, some of you know, is my partner in crime and we're meeting up with rob and cathy once we're over there!!! i just can't believe it's actually happening!!!

i was reading over a blog i posted about the new year and all the things i wanted for this year and would you believe that traveling to spain was on the top of my list although in the blog i was just wishing, didn't seem like it was a reality but it just fell in my lap, thanks to rob and cathy, and i'm going!!! i also realized that i have already done a lot of things that i said i wanted to do in my new years post!!! just goes to show me that once i put it out there, tell others, then, well, it's more than likely gonna happen!!!! good lesson to learn

anyways, i will take tons of pics and will post a review once my brain has recovered i still can't believe i'm going!!! it's like i'm a kid the night before christmas, not sure how i'm gonna sleep. we don't leave until tomorrow night but still, ugh, i'm so ready to be there

btw, just bought my ticket to NY for minitek, $329 round trip and that includes taxes!!! pretty good deal, so to reiterate the above, i said i wanted to travel this year and i have i've never been to NY either, well just drove through but still, never stayed and partied. and to do it the first time for minitek, well, this is gonna be sick!!!

the only part that sucks is that there just doesn't seem to be a way to make it to SF the weekend of august 23rd-24th for rank 1 and your birthday i just get back that monday from ibiza and then back to work wednesday and the $$$ i'm spending traveling already, well, just doesn't seem to be in the cards!!! ugh wish i was made of money

Have a blast in Ibiza. You're going at absolute peak season and should be there long enough to catch the best nights. Remember to visit Cocoon while you're out there.

Which part of the mainland are you going to? I lived in Barcelona last summer for about a month, and I spend 8 nights in Ibiza.

What Dj's are you going to see in Ibiza??

ibiza will change your life, don't make the mistake of sleeping or taking it easy and make sure you hit up circoloco @ dc10, it'll remind you of get weird...

I was there for a week over my birthday 2 Julys ago. Amazing. It is easily the greatest place for electronic music addicts. I'm already starting to save $ for the last 2 weeks of July next summer.

If possible, Carl Cox @ Space is usually great b/c he usually plays 2 different sets on 2 different stages (on Tuesday Nights).

Go to ramblas (famous street) and enjoy sitting down for a dinner and people watching. Never doubt the house wine in those street restaurants. Always delicious.


If you check out guell park make sure you have comfortable shoes because the walk is immense but worth every step.

That's perfect. Enough time to catch every major party on the Island including DC10 which relaunches on the 18th.

Highly recommended: Cocoon (Mondays @ Amnesia), Carl Cox & Friends (Tuesday's @ Space), & We Love Space.

Have a blast Spain is one of my favorite places that i've ever visited. Ramblas, The Gaudi Catherdral, and Park are not to be missed. I would also suggesting checking out the Picasso muesem that is about 2 hours outside of town.
