Free Andy Moor bootlegs...

Didn't see this posted elsewhere as of yet.

Anyway, title speaks for itself: free Andy Moor bootlegs (with a catch, however):

pre-available for download they probably meant... as in only a few djs had them and/or only white labels existed before.

i BOTHERED leama for two years about this... he had moved and had the file on cd in his old house. he said it was no longer on his older computer and claimed he would try to find it and give it to me... never happened unfortunately. i love that track!

They NEVER did an ambient mix - have that on confirmed on good authority I think you are refering to a mix played on one of the Oakenfold Presents - but seems this is a mislabel. More likely one of those rare mixes from the perfecto stable. Who knows - may see a release on the perfecto digital imprint.

My hope is that andy releases the mashup of 'world does'nt know' that he was playing round at the time....

here is a direct quote from leama in a mail he sent me two years ago:

"hey dude ,
thanks for your interest , yeah i think what your talking about IS actually an ambient mix of zoo york that was just a special mix done by us and given only to oakenfold.
it never came out and is only on cd."

unfortunately i no longer have the set, but it's from one of oakenfold's "state side" sets done in 2003... you can probably find it in the tracklisting section of TA (to see the exact date).

i'd love to hear the sample again if anyone has it?

it's slow, uses that "drum beating" sound that's towards the end of the original zoo york, and has some female chanting in it from what i remember.

hmmm, spoke with andy many moons ago and he had no recollection of this mix. possibly something produced entirly by marty then???

always a possibility...

on a side note i met john graham once and he had no recollection of the supernatural mix (or dub) of "invisible" yet that obviously existed! they're busy people who don't obsess over one mix the way some of us do, hehe.

tell andy to get a hold of martin via your "connection" and let's get to the bottom of this!
