The Kims, who live in Kew Gardens, had the green light on 69th Road and were moving through the intersection when Chubalashvili, heading east on the service road, pulled around a car stopped in front of him at the red light, authorities said. He then sped through the light, smashing into the side of the Acura, which then crashed into a light pole, authorities said. The Kims lived in Forest Hills. The Mercedes belongs to a friend of Chubalashvili, authorities said.

nothing to do with being high.. the kid was just a dumbass. Usually when people are high they drive all paranoid and the last thing they would do is blow a light. He probably drives the same way sober but he got caught while he was high.

I drive that way to get to work everyday only 2 hours later than the time of occurance. I heard it on the local news on TV. They said the driver was doing 60 in a 30mph zone.

That intersection is pretty bad tho, there are always assholes trying to cut you off there because there is no turning light and the people going straight never let you turn left to get onto the grand central so if you want to get on you practically HAVE to go through that red light and make the turn anyway.

P.S. According to vendetta law, the children of Kim must exact revenge on the Chubalashvili's parents.

Once when I was really baked at this girls house, my dad called and said he needed the car, so I had to drive back home and I couldnt find my house.
