Question Katana bootleg

oke doke...this should be easy...it sounds to me hat this is a bootleg...it has a remix of Katana - Fancy Fair or Gemini...and on top at the break only...vocals of a love song...yes cheesy but i think its cool...the main line that sticks is "its hard for me to say i'm sorry..."...i kno its a 'popular' song...can anyone help please?...thankx
