This should be easy

I was tuning into frisky radio today and they were playing an Andi Vasilos guest mix, there's no TL for it in their forums but i'm looking for this track. the sample is from a transition point but im looking for the predominant one with the echoing looping male vocal. ive heard this before, just dying to know the name of it.
