I think its a pretty simple bassline. Try a saw waveform, layered with a soft sine or triangle wave to round it off a little in the lows.

Then use a lowpass filter with a soft bit of resonance and add a filter envelope with zero attack, short decay, low sustain, zero release.

The pattern seems to go like K - B B | K - B B | K - B B | K - B B

The actual rolling feel of it comes from a lot of delay on the bassline, use a 3/4 beat synced delay. Make sure you highpass the delay at maybe around 150-200 hz.

what the heck?

that version sounds A LOT diff than the version i purchased....

bassline is a bit diff, the arrangemnet is tweaked, and the lead is different too...

and no, its not like i purchased a totally diff remix, there are similarities, but there are also noticeable differences here.

edit: check out the samples on beatport, time length is a dead giveaway

iv been doing a lot of 'learn by mimicking' lately and i just cant get this bassline right...is that REALLY the right pattern? im working the delay, and i just cant get that right rolling feel

u sure its not K B B B with a sub underneath?

K B B B = Bassline
K - B - = Sub

edit: maybe that pattern is in regards to the video posted? The video isnt of the official release...i dont know what the heck that version is.

here's the official version: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWvs2nlPABs
