A site of mine is supposed to have been "hacked" by some Turkish kid and, although it was just a minor annoyance, I'm curious to know what the following sentence means:

I did google it, but I reckon it's some sort of Turkish leet speek (I find it hard to believe that "balooon", with 3 o's, is an actual word)... and I don't think on-line translators can understand leet speak in English, let alone in a language like Turkish

Mario, an agglutinative language like Turkish wouldn't need that many words to convey this meaning
