Party loft?

Anybody know a good loft that can blast music (industrial only please, no residential) till the wee hours of the morning?

Bedroom, kitchen, shower a plus... but not needed..

HELP ME TA... YOU'RE MY ONLY HOPE.

(And yes I've tried craigslist, kijiji, lespac and FB...)
