Looking for a tune - Real challenge for you

Howdy guys,

I'm a noob to the forum, but used to use Trance Addict when the mp3 sample downloads were active on the main site

I'm currently looking for a track, I don't know the producer or the title, but I know the base.

The track may have been classified as prog, but I'm uncertain, but the backing track was taken from Q-Lazzarus - Goodbye Horses from Silence of the Lambs.

It wasn't a remix of said song, it was based around that and from what I remember, it was nice and deep

I want to use this in a mix, but for the life of me, I can't remember the producer or title

Someone help
