so noise complaints = apt. evictions huh?
Apparently some jack ass neighbor of mine decided that today he'd be the king of the world, the coolest cat on the block more or less. I got my second noise compliant letter saying "You have violated your lease and will need to report to the manager's office immediately".
I walk up to the same fat ass ms. piggy I talked to the day I got my first noise complaint for the fight I had with my ex the morning prior to the crawfish festival, and asked her what the problem was now. "Somebody, Mr. Pereira, has filed several noise complaints against you for having music turned up loud, and making excessive noises."
Long story short, I RARELY turn on my music in this apartment. A) this is a studio, so I respect the fact that any little noise will disturb neighbors, B) i learned my lesson after the fight I had with my ex. After talking to some friends, it seems as though this place is famous for evictions of such class and lawsuits flying left and right. Hmmm...lawsuits huh? Naw...I'll just save my money and move to a better place. It's pretty funny how other people can leave their unclaimed apartments that result in thousands of dollars in repairs, and I on the other hand have a pack of lying ass fucks that sit there, dont have a job, and do nothing but start trouble, yet I offer to stay until notified to leave in a respectful manner.
I'm definitely getting the fuck out of this nazi camp. I dont even know where to start though. Has this happened to anyone before? Any ideas on what I can do other than leave a pipe bomb at the office tomorrow morning?
Haha yes apartments suck ass. But remember other apartments can turn you down for having an evection,
Actuall as a matter of fact every apartment i know will not let you lease there there if you have ever been evectited, asked to leave another aparttment complex for any violation of contract, Criminal records, and bad credit.
witch leaves me wondering how so many thug ass people live in such nice apartments drive nice cars and dont have a job. hmmm witch leaves me to believe they are probably doing something illegal and have more than likely been busted also. and as much as some of these places cost i know someone that is all tatted up (full sleves, sround the neck) does not have a job where they can afford that. but anyways
Yes i have been evectied before because my next door neibor was an HPD cop and the security for the apartments. well one day we were coming home for a bar it was me 2 friends and 3 chicks i walked in first then the chicks then my other 2 friends well the cop was behind us and decited to follow us in my apartment except one of my friends stopped him at the door and said what are you doing. the cop says i heard fighting in here. he was like we just walked in here you heven't heard shit and said or less you have a warrent your not coming in and the ruscus begins. long story short one person gets mased the cop has a bruised ankle from the door being shut on it and no one goes to jail. the next morning the apt manager is knocking on my door telling us we have to move out. i siad why she says noise disturbance. i said i didnt start anything that happened last night. well cops word aginst mine i loose go figure. when the apt manager said this will all be going on my credit i said you sure you want to go there. i left pissed off and punched a hole in the wall on the way out. well we did move out but she also got a call from some laywers and nothing ever went on my credit and the cop made a point to come apologize.
apts suck but you have to stay somewhere. but they like kicking people out it creates them more money.
Hang it there, buddy.
Lizandro knows how to tear down walls and rebuild em. i say you get together with him, tear down a wall, put ice in ziplocks and some cheap shitty fish ontop of em. then get some really cold milk and put a piece of uncooked chicken in a jar with out a cover. rebuild the wall and VOILA ! give it 2 days or so after you move far far away and the place will smell like a cambodian mortuary. if you did that shit and recorded it... it would definately be... biblical.
An apartment tried to put some shit on my credit for an eviction and for damages that I didn't cause, etc... I just had my lawyer punk them out.
yep, you can always dispute the charges, or maybe not. My guess is that you have the right to consult a lawyer and arrange a formal meeting?

Personally, I would go with Packer for advice on maiming things.

The only thing here that I'm scared of is that such a lie as "you're fucking rap was too loud" will indeed backfire and haunt me, thus my reason for hiring a lawyer to back me up, though none of it is true. Some old cunt decides to accuse me of loud music, yet my speakers will barely reach a decibel. How ironic is that, huh? I hate that fckn place anyways. Copperfield can burn in hell for all I care. |
I always go to TA for legal advice

Is this 'make fun of Dave's mom' week?
For the record, I won't make fun of her. At least until my bathrooms have been cleaned.
