Somebody looking for a place?

A friend of mine is needing a roommate for September 1st. The apartment is in Williamsburg on Lorimer and Grand, 3 blocks from the L train, medium sized room with a closet. The apartment has a backyard with patio.

Yes, I remember that, though he might have found something already, it was a while ago. There's always somebody looking for a place around here, so I figured maybe someone would be interested.

Anyway, the guy with the apartment is Andrew Vogt, he told me to post it up here for him, he's a lot of fun and a considerate roommate. He's trying on the boards for someone cool to live with before posting it on craigslist. Not a party house at all, but still laid back. It's a great place to start if new to NYC too.

Ah thanks for remembering me guys - unfortunately, I found a place out in union city - not the best of locations, but its within walking distance to my job in weehawken.

Think i'm gonna try for manhattan next, maybe east village - if i can afford it...

Thanks for the heads up though.
