Watching Football In Rotterdam???

Im looking for the names of some bars that show English football in and around the centre of Rotterdam.Why is it so hard to find bars showing football?I know the Dutch love football so i thought it would be like the UK where nearly every bar shows a match if it's on.We walked around for hours to find somewhere showing Man U - Portsmouth and FC Twente Vs Arsenal and could find nowhere showing them.
