What's the name of this decade we're in?

Bored? Here's a question.

What is this decade called? You had the 70's, the 80's, the 90's and now it's the what?

Example: Artist X was happening in the late 70's - early 80's but so-and-so only got popular around the late 90's - early _____.

yeah, so we're the "00s"...(the "uh-oh!"s, not the "oh-oh"s)

Officially, that's the correct term - at least in Denmark (just that we use the danish term "nullerne")

The Zeros - The Zeroies - The Naughties - The Nillies - The Nills - The Zilchoids - The Zilchies - The Nonies - The Nunnies (alternative spelling) - The Decade That Nearly Wasn't...

I have highlighted my favourites and I am sure that you can think of more. No doubt you will see similar discussions in 10 years time (The One-ies?), then we will get back into the familiar Twenties.
