How to catch a predator

Just saw an advert for this show , I think it is showing on British TV now on channel 'Dave' anyways it says that 90% of p3dos are under the age of 21 , WTF ? also I saw a clip on youtube and the girl looked about 21 and was really hot ! lol , some guy turns up to meet some girl who he met online who was flirting like hell and posing as 13-14 year old then about 20 cops bust his ass , lol is there need for this.

Maybe im wrong , and im sure most of you might disagree but isn't this Entrapment ? It might sound like im defending these guys but I bet a large pecentage of guys wouldn't give a sh1t if they are a few years below the legal age , If I was 20 and I met a girl who was 15-16 in a club and she had a great a55 then we would be going back to my hotel.

The real people who should be getting locked up are the real sick people who abuse & rape innocent minors at a younger age.

... that doesn't necessarily mean that you should be locked up and have your life ruined. It means her dad should beat your ass and then everyone can move on.

I have a friend who is going through something like this. He was 18 and was messing around with a 14 or 15 year old. No actual intercourse; just making out, fingering, and such. Now, this was probably not a wise choice on his part (he wasn't the most mature 18 year old); however, the repercussions of this have been mind-boggling. Her pops found out and he ended up doing 6 months in prison. He has to register as a sex offender. He can almost never find jobs willing to hire him or apartments willing to accept him, because he's marked as a felon. He's 23 years old, on parole, and is always barely scraping by.

He's also a very good person. Though he has made some irresponsible choices in his past, he has a good head on his shoulders and is a morally sound person. He has a 2-year-old son (who was conceived when he was in a fairly stable, long-term relationship) whom he helps take care of and he does everything he can for him.

The fact that they lump him in the same category as serial rapists never ceases to anger me. The system is severely flawed in that respect as he is now completely unable to get his head above water, which is totally counter-productive.

^ That really sucks. The laws in the UK are really strange when it come to things like this , there are thousands of underage girls getting pregnant but the farthers of the child never get arrested , also what is also stupid is that in the UK you can get laid at the age of 16 but you cant watch a adult movie until your 18.

There was also a stupid case I think in america some 15 year old girl took some selfshots and sent them to her B/f and now she is on the register and convicted.

Ya, same thing in america. You can bang at 16 (or 14, or 15, or 17, or 18 depending on which state you live in, which is retarded in and of itself), but you cant take a picture of it until you're 18. A friend of mine had a similar thing happen. He was 19 she was 17 when the "incident" happened, but the statutory bullshit never happened till AFTER she was 18, but since it happened while she was a minor he got fucked. So stupid. He was not even a ton older.

Someday....someday you will see me on that show.

Whilst not worthy of sex offender status, getting naked and running through a car-wash is a retarded thing to do.

The UK takes entrapment way too far. I have no idea how your police ever arrest anyone.
