Not being understandive of his motive but what is he up too?
Interfering in irelands referendum of the retched EU?
Our (UK's) wheeling and dealings?
and warning russia (with cheese and wine?)over relations with the EU?

I think this guy is going a bit loopy EU mad at the moment

so what if you have a stunning wife!

its not like hes president of the EU or anything

i dont like him

Extreme ambition, to put it simply, probably combined with a wish for Europe to become a homogenous world power. With him in charge, of course. In a way Europe certainly needs a leader with such strong motive and ambition to lead. Hopefully his ambition won't cause him to overestimate his strength and do stupid things, like it happened with his colleague Saakasvili...

hmm to be honest I would say he is more center right then anything else based on what Ive seen so far.Am I right on that?

I don't get him. He's supposedly a liberal guy on economic policies (liberal meaning the European word, not the American), but on issues like trade he's totally protectionist and really backwards :S

Or I guess he's just French...
