Another waste of tax payers money

This cop was hit a month or two ago when he pulled over someone by a drunk driver. He got the sympathy of the entire county and the media was all over it. Now he is suing because the roads were not properly maintained to prevent a drunk driver hitting him!!
Cop sues for 50 million for stupid reason!!
