Anyone live near Ryerson? (need a parking spot..)

Ugh.. back to school means I gotta find another parking spot!

Here are the deets:
I'll only be on campus 2-3 times a week & am looking for a parking spot near the campus, whether it's a shared driveway or an actual spot. I'm pretty flexible since I won't be there too often.
Boundaries are anywhere from Bay/Yonge/Dundas/Gerrard/Jarvis...

cheeeeers

It's out of the way, but I have a spot for you near Yonge/Lawrence.
Private, safe (behind my house)...again, out of the way but if you're driving in from out of the city it's an option.
I don't drive and it sits there empty most of the week.

5-10 minutes walk to the subway, 2 minute drive to the 401

Good hunting.

Or you can choose to just drive in because the gate doesn't depend on whether you paid and got a ticket or not, it opens up whenever a car is there :-)

cheers

The thing with lots is that they fill up quickly and I want the 100% guarantee that my spot will be there.
Lots are last resort

edit: nevermind, I just realized that you'd need an access card that we use to get into the building

Is this the same one that is next to the RCC? It fills up pretty quick...

I could offer you free parking, but only for the hours that I'm at Ryerson, and that's typically after 2:00pm, since all my classes are afternoon/evening.

Although I'm pretty sure my building management wouldn't allow me to rent my parking spot to a non-resident, I'll double check with them because I'm actually looking for someone starting September onwards (at Dundas & Simcoe, $90/month).
