just bought the dvd. half way through.
i don't get it.
alright so i just skimmed through it.
still don't get it.
I just ate some Pepperidge Farm� Goldfish� brand Crackers.
They were delicious, and I savoured every morsel of cheesefish goodness.

Cheesefish is indeed likely the greatest of all fish.

ya guys seriously. i got the movie for next to nothing and it came ina cool aluminum case.
but it wasn't worth the 15 bucks i paid for it.

It's a long film, and it could have been cut down to about half the time, but here's my take:
Clearly the world has been over-run by robots, and the robots just want to be different. But even though they try to be different, society forces them to be the same. I don't think this film was set in the present, but actually in the future where robots have completely taken over.
The whole desert scene is just the representation that they can't live without each other.
Like I said, a lot of scenes could have been deleted, and yeah, the film is a little weird and confusing..... but one of those films that ends and you feel deeply touched.
Watch it again.... maybe with some ambient music this time.....
