buying**** online from over seas.
Have you ever bought anything online over sea? How long does it take to come to Toronto. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks but nothing has happen so far.
bought xbox accessories from hk.. took less than a week
unless it was sent by surface mail, that's way too long.
if it was sent surface, then you could be waiting for up to 3 months depending on where it's coming from.

Bought some mouse pads from Japan years back, they took about 2 weeks I think. Could have been less, not sure. Def was less than 3 though.
I have ordered several times screen protectors from Europe and they always seem to take around a week and a 1/2 to 2 weeks to arrive I think.
it all depends where and how it was shipped.
I've got things within a week.
Other stuff have taken 2 months.
I had a watch I bought get stuck in Customs for almost 2 months before it was finally released.
It most likely is being inspected by customs depending on what it is..
I've shipped all kinds of stuff from overseas - Hong Kong, Germany, even Bulgaria. Shortest time I've seen is about 4 days (from Hong Kong), longest I've seen is exactly 3 weeks and I'm pretty sure it was a Canada Post fuck-up because all I ever saw was a "final notice" in my mailbox (meaning the motherf*ckers never even tried to deliver it).
You didn't say where you ordered it from, but most of these countries actually have excellent mail delivery and the problem is almost always either with customs or Canada Post.
Do you not have a tracking number? I'd be very leery of overseas shipping without one.
Usually 1 week - 3 weeks depending on location it's coming from for me.

I am currently experiencing the same problem. Thankfully, its not an costly item.
It seems that when purchasing online patience is a must. This is my biggest pet peeve with online purchasing. Paying for something and not having in my hands immediately is something i will have to get used to.

ya I think it just stuck in customs, I guess I will have to wait. I heard somewhere it can take up to 30 business days.
I always buy my clothes online. Most of it comes from Italy and the rest comes from New York. In fact I hate buying it in stores because the selection here is not as good as Milan or New York.
I have it down to a routine. Place order for shirt in Milan on Sunday night and it's here on Friday afternoon or the latest Monday afternoon.
For my New York stuff, I can order on Monday and have it in my hand on Thursday.
Travel is a hard part, but the major thing is customs. If it's an expensive shirt, the stores are smart enough to list it's value at something like $20 or $30, so my stuff doesn't get held at customs long...
I saw this online store that sold cigarette at crazy prices, but there was a disclamer that said custom could hold it until you pay the tax on it. Crazy Deals!!!

I bought a DVD a couple weeks ago, and it came in 3 days.
When I sent stuff from Holland back home, it took like 12 weeks though and I was freaking out.
Did you get a tracking number? I paid extra for a tracking number for the DVD (which I ended up not needing b/c it was so quick!). But after the fiasco that was the stuff I sent home (where I didn't get a tracking number), I wasn't going to take any chances.
na I did not get a tracking number, and half the time that does not even work. But I got one of the shippments today, I guess the other will come sometime this week.

I'm very fond of it. Excellent purchase / investment in a mouse pad.
