GTA 3: Miami and GTA 4

So when are these coming out if they're not rumors...I've heard friends talk about them. Is this true that they will come out with a Miami GTA? And I heard number 4 would be multiplayer online.

New additions I heard about:
Motorcycles
Bikes

PS2 only he means...never to be on another system. Sony has the rights to the GTA series now for the next few years. It's up to them if they want it on PC or not.
