one last bump for the weekend.

So this was solid - opening with that John Daly track was choice, and it mixed fantastically into the Reshuffle tune. The Moeller track keeps the same vibe going, but unfortunately I really felt like that Zoo Brazil tune was very, very out of place. Not terrible at all, but it really could have been swapped out for something a bit more consistent with both the beginning and the end of the set.

That Wink mix of Mr. G is nothing but fire though, and I hadn't heard the Rocco dub of that Cattaneo and Tonks tune, so it was very nice to be exposed to something new.

Look forward to future episodes, this was great for a morning ride today.

thanks. I'm always up for constructive criticism. What was it about the zoo brazil track that made it out of place? I'm always trying to sharpen my craft. Thanks mate!

Just felt a bit too deep and techy for the really floaty vibe you had going at the beginning. Might just be personal preference, but it just seemed out of place to me - don't know that I can really describe it as any more than that.

I don't know - maybe it was a bit darker/brooding than I was looking for at that point in the set.

No that helps out a lot actually. I actually understand when people describe the different genres on a personal level like that than actualy subgenre categories and I can see what you mean.

I actually thought the gabriel ananda track and the last track were way out of place with the rest of what i was playing but I think that problem came from me wanting to play a lot of different styles of electronic music but I never know what length I am playing to since I don't like pre-planning it out.

Well, regardless it does show that you've got a good handle on pulling records out on a case by case basis and still being able to pull together a pretty good set.

Will definitely grab others when they arrive.
