My company is looking for an additional help desk person.

desireable skills:

Experience with windows server 2003
HP Printer knowledge
Microsoft Sharepoint experience
Organization and Time Management skills are CRITICAL
People skills and phone voice a must.

I have not been given that info. But I can almost gaurantee its going to be alot better than the average entry level tech support gig.

Oh and on that note , this is not some mega call center desktop support gig. We're a very small shop so you wont be answering call after call after call back to back.
