Old Oakenfold Tape....promo from Utopia

I am looking for the name of the track between Beachball and Storm on a promo tape from Utopia....1999 or 2000ish.....
Anyone have a copy of this tape? It was Oakey on one side.... Dave Ralph or someone else on the other....
If you have it, I'd not only love the track name, but a copy of it as well if your willing to share!
