the reason they do that..is for there djs..so they have any choice of mixer
8 Turntables = To screw with the confused look with the clubbers !
some dj's spin on like 4 tables...and play tag
i think psycho bitch and teri bristol do it if im not mistaken
man im such an idiot
haha
don't ask my why i wrote 12
i meant 8 TT's
but there are 5 cd decks there...i believe
2 above the first mixer
and 2 above the third mixer
and one on the floor on a crate or something
either way...you could probably put a downpayment on a house with all that gear
Those superclub-booths turn my stomach upside down. =)
nice booth at MOS... i take it the tables on the end are the stanton str8-100's that stanton claims to have at MOS? or are they vestax?
anyone have a complete list of whats at the MOS booth? I dont recognize those mixers, looks like alot of high end stuff
looks phat

The six up front are Techs for sure. Looks like the ones on the sides have straight tonearms, so maybe they are Stantons!

Enjoy, he he.
If I have to name the mixers by looking to the pic I'd say from left to right
1) Some old Vestax mixer which I forgot the name of, it's the predecessor of the pmc400
2) Rane MP2016 with XP2016 eq unit
3) Urei 1620 (under the Denon cdplayer)
4) Rane MP44
The side decks are STR-100.
As for the number of decks, Corvin Dalek spinned on 11 decks at a time on some gig. He just build a tune live, every record had one part of the tune (one record beats, one record bassline, one record lead synth and so on...)

I know it were several mixers daisy-chained, but dunno the brand of them.
As far as I know, the Rodec MX340/300 is the (dj) mixer with most phono inputs on one table : 7

The player above the old vestax mixer in the left side of the booth is a denon double minidisc player DN-M2300
