At&t Data Network Down?

so to my amazement AT&T keeps on screwing up their data network, and now it seems to be down.

I cannot connect to either 3g or edge on my iphone and its looks like a lot of people cannot either

what I hate about the Iphone is the SIM error I get every five minutes, oh well. I can blame that on having dropped my phone more than a couple of times while jogging.
