Question regarding ESI Juli@ vs Audiophile 192

Hi guys,
A mate of mine who is selling his Virus is also selling his pci cards. Am now considering getting buying one of them.

Which would be the better buy?

Well... M-Audio drivers suck (I have a 192).
For as far as the Juli@, I don't have any experience.

Comparing the specs of the two, it seems they are pretty much the same, so I can't say much about that.
But, judging on my experience, you should go with the Juli@, cause I will be exchanging the Audiophile as soon as possible.

Never had a problem with my audiophile for the years I had it (2004-2008). Solid as rock. It actually improved my system performance at the time because my creative audigy drivers kept on causing full system crashes.

If you don't experience any problems, I'd say don't buy. Otherwise it's worth trying.

Please tell me how you did that. I have my audiophile installed and the drivers really suck, could be me though. When I swich from the M-audio driver to the Asio4all drivers my system will get a performance boost. Guess that isn't right

Just a clean install of WinXP when I changed some of my hardware, and it worked like a charm.
